Service Overview:
We understand the importance of adhering to EU standards when it comes to vehicle inspections. Our platform, exclusively available to UVIA members, offers a convenient solution for ordering and paying for inspections according to pre-defined model reports. It also allows users to track their inspections, schedule them at the port of entry, and communicate with the Technical Service Provider.

The technical service provider responsible for conducting the inspections and preparing reports on the UVIA-EMA Portal is Greenkar Technical Service. With their expertise in technical inspections, UVIA members can trust in the accuracy and reliability of the reports generated through our platform.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
At UVIA-EMA, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy for our UVIA members. Please review the following guidelines:
- Refunds: As a rule, we do not issue refunds for services rendered unless there has been a duplication of inputted details by clients. This includes instances where a technical inspection has been inadvertently paid for twice due to a client error.
- Cancellations: Once an inspection order is placed and payment is processed, cancellations may not be possible. We encourage UVIA members to review their orders carefully before completing the payment to avoid any discrepancies. Users are able to re-schedule ordered inspections at any time.
- Technical Service Inspections: Technical Services are carried out on-site, depending on the vehicle point of entry indicated by the user. As such, refunds are typically not applicable based on the nature of our service delivery.
Exceptions:
In rare cases where technical issues or errors occur on our end resulting in a service disruption or duplicate charges, UVIA members may request a refund. Our team will thoroughly investigate such instances and provide appropriate resolution.
